Terms and Conditions m2cuci — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the defined meanings below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the m2cuci.vin website along with all services, games, and features available on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using m2cuci's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player to access the m2cuci platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other promotional benefits granted by m2cuci to players.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds made through a player's account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedure required before your first withdrawal is processed.

2. Account Eligibility

2.1 To register and use the m2cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years of age and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is absolutely prohibited.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Has never had an account banned or suspended from the m2cuci platform previously.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion program.

2.2 m2cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found not to meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended immediately and any winnings obtained during that period will be voided.

2.3 Each player is only permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any pending balances or wins.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

4.1 m2cuci accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Deposit limit are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits apply based on the player's VIP tier.

5.3 The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

7. Account Prohibitions and Suspension

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 If your account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, you have the right to submit a written appeal to the m2cuci support team within 30 days of the action date. m2cuci will review the appeal and respond within 14 business days.

7.3 m2cuci reserves the right to refuse, void, or withhold any bet or withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a breach of terms.

9.3 m2cuci's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.4 Players are solely responsible for the gaming and betting decisions they make. m2cuci is not liable for any financial decisions made by players based on their gaming activity.

10. Amendments to Terms and General Provisions

10.1 m2cuci reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to players via email or in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
